In this thesis, our goal is to generate Turkish surface forms from
Predicate-Argument Structure (PAS) using a morpheme-based lexicon.
The system uses a model which integrates inflectional morphology and 
syntax in which the building blocks are morphemes.

The algorithm is based on bottom-up use of the category-semantics pairing 
coming from the lexicon. The generator presented in this thesis is capable 
of partial phrase formation. We discuss design and implementation aspects 
of the  generator.
